A devout mother of four and an inspirational woman, she cooked meals for all to share and had a heart of gold. Her will to spread love through food for everyone inspired her son to honor his late mother’s memory by continuing her legacy. With the wish to create an eatery that helped revisit the flavorful food his mother was famous for, Talet Peracha founded Rasham from a humble grocery store in South Windsor CT.
